BEK ANSELL

Bek Ansell is an Australian Pop/ RnB Singer heavily influenced by the sultry sounds of Whitney Houston, Christina Aguilera and Demi Lovato. Since Childhood she loved learning and singing the lyrics from the front book of a CD but officially started her training at the age of 12.


By the age of 17, Bek was discovered by the Talent Development Program and went on to become a featured singer in Channel 9’s Annual School Spectacular.


It was here she was offered an opportunity to shoot a cover music video on the SBS show ‘The Crew’. Which lead to her landing a regular spot on the show, singing and interviewing artists such as Christine Anu and Deni Hines.

Bek has had many TV appearances throughout her career on SBS, MTV and Channel 9.

She has gone on to sing and host many corporate gigs, TV specials and Charity events including: The Crew, Soul and Sound, Battle of the youth - Battle for Charity, ACN Pacific Conference, Fundraiser for Vina, Sublime, and has been a guest performer at multiple concerts and weddings.


She regularly tours with Australia’s Favourite Medium Judy O’Brien opening her sold out shows.

Bek has been a featured singer on Local Aussie Artist ‘Raseth’ EP. Some of these tracks made TOP 10 on Triple J’s Unearthed. She is currently in the process of recording some of her own original songs as she enjoys making music and songwriting.


Her passion is to help encourage young aspiring singers to sing with confidence and from the heart. She believes that technique is what makes up only 50% of a good singer. The other 50% is passion, heart and soul.
